Develop and deploy a "Do It Yourself" improvement documentation tool with wrap around resources that is accessible to all County employees. Develop Lean training curriculum for Lean practitioners and managers and deploy regularly scheduled training sessions. Develop criteria for "Sprint" project selection and conduct quarterly lean project sprints in partnership with sponsoring departments and project teams. Establish an interdepartmental governance committee to advise, guide, and evaluate the PRIMO! program.
