Recruitment Process

By June 2023, the District Attorney, in line with County Equal Employment Opportunity policy, will increase law clerk opportunities for people of color consistent with the local population.

Improve and attend more on-campus and remote interviews at a larger group of law schools. Contact, outreach and provide education to Minority Law Student Groups about Law Enforcement and Prosecution. Work with Personnel and other County departments to establish a paid Law Clerk program.
