Mentorship Program

Amended due to the impact of COVID-19 on department resources.
By December 2021 June 2021, Human Services will report that 90% of employees who completed the department mentorship program as a mentee, have increased job satisfaction and development of leadership skills.

Recruit mentees and mentors. Establish supervisor approval for all participants. Train mentors to provide at least four hours of mentorship per month over six months. Develop a post program survey to gain feedback. Review survey results and enhance program as needed.
