Job Classification Process
By June 2023, Personnel will decrease the time to process classification requests by 10%, improving services to our internal customers.
|Gather data to determine baseline process length for various types of classification requests (i.e., vacant reclass, filled reclass, etc.).
||Review other jurisdictions processes for best practices.
||Identify and eliminate waste; review current forms used in process and determine if modifications need to be made, such as conversion to electronic forms.
||Design a classification website to share information with other jurisdictions completing salary studies.
Baseline will be determined by December 2021.
