Clinic Expansion

By June 2024, HSA-Health Centers will complete an interim expansion plan for the Homeless Persons Health Project (HPHP) to meet the need of the current patient population and evaluate options to expand.

Develop business plan and test it with the Capital Projects Review Committee (CPRC). Make adjustments based on CPRC review recommendations. Finalize business plan and present to CPRC and Board of Supervisors for approval.
