Leadership Training

By June 2025, HSA-Behavioral Health will implement a leadership development training program, with at least 75 percent of participating staff reporting increased understanding of how to support equity in the workplace.

Gather information on training done by other departments, Equal Employment Opportunity Office and/or best practice trainings to advance equity and leadership skills. Develop plan and budget to provide leadership training and collect pre and post scores relating to workforce equity. Implement and analyze impact of providing training to Behavioral Health leadership.
