Homeless Prevention

By December 2025, Human Services will ensure at least 50 percent of Hispanic/Latino; American Indian, Alaska Native, or Indigenous; or Black, African American, or African households receiving Housing for Health homelessness prevention assistance (Home Safe and other through CAB) will maintain their housing and not experience homelessness for at least six months after receiving services.
