Medi-Cal Enrollment

By June 2024, Human Services will review eligibility for over 90,000 county residents currently enrolled, with the goal of retaining Medi-Cal health benefits for a minimum of 90 percent of all eligible families and individuals.

Inform the community and community partners of the resumption of Medi-Cal renewals through presentations and informational flyers.	Engage community partners including Central California Alliance for Health, Second Harvest Food Bank, local hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and school districts, to help inform the community about the importance of submitting their Medi-Cal renewal packets.	Work closely with In Home Support Services (HSS) and Multipurpose Senior Services Program (MSSP) staff to support customers with the annual renewals and prevent the interruption of IHSS and MSSP services.
