Equity Reporting

By June 2025, Human Services will increase by 25 percent utilization of available equity data* and reports to improve awareness, increase equitable outcomes, and encourage data driven innovation. (*equity data is data that has been separated by race, ethnicity, gender, and demographics).

Monitor staff access of reports with equity data. Target outreach to programs and staff with low utilization. Use quarterly leadership meeting to enhance education around equity reports and explore how they are being used now. Create instructional materials on how to use reports and how to apply them to program.
