By June 2024, OR3 will collaborate with local- and regional-serving Community Based organizations to stand up a Volunteer Organizations Assisting in Disaster (VOAD) network of local non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to support the community during natural or climate disasters.

Ensure equitable geographic representation within a VOAD network of local NGOs. Identify naturally occurring networks of local NGOs in communities across the county. Identify one organization that will function as the coordinating/organization entity. OR3 will Develop MOU agreements with NGO partners for Response and Recovery efforts.
