By June 2025, Personnel will improve overall employee safety by striving to achieve a 5 percent reduction in total Workers Compensation Claims.

Develop baseline by collecting data to identify departments with high numbers of claims, types of claims, and claimants' gender, ethnicity, and age. Compare annual data to identify trends. Work with departments to develop a plan to reduce claims, and address any inequities, if applicable.
