Exam No-Shows

By June 2025, Personnel will decrease the no-show rate to examinations by 15 percent for Hispanic/Latino applicants, increasing the number of eligible job candidates.

Learn about the barriers from applicants by phone calls, surveys, responses to the exam notice, etc. Utilize small tests of change based on applicant feedback (South County test location; exams after business hours; etc.). Compare data over time to track no-show rates.
